Crossroads is a compassionate and justice-forward firearms training and consulting organization serving the communities of Western MA and beyond. Formed from the need to provide comprehensive and professional training to those typically unwelcome or unsafe in firearm spaces, our specialty is in serving our BIPoC, disabled, and queer neighbors with dignity, understanding, and a commitment to provide quality instruction.

Lead Instructor Frank Leonard has decades of civilian shooting experience and years of instruction to offer, a background in legal studies, and a conversational approach to teaching complex topics to newcomers.
